The Student Liaison Lead plays a key role in championing student voice, engagement and wellbeing across the college. The postholder will lead the development and delivery of student parliament and enrichment initiatives, ensuring learners have meaningful opportunities to influence their experience and contribute to college life.
You will support students to build confidence, independence and resilience, while providing guidance on wellbeing, inclusion and communication. The role also includes line management responsibility for the Accessible Information Officer and oversight of inclusive communication practices across the organisation.
Working closely with curriculum and multidisciplinary teams, you will gather and act on student feedback, contribute to quality assurance processes, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, accessibility and Ofsted/CQC expectation
