We are a busy and successful car dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a professional buying experience. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Receptionist / Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team.
The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, callers, and clients. You will provide administrative support across the dealership while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries
- Managing customer appointments and maintaining dealership diaries
- Assisting with vehicle sales administration and documentation
- Maintaining accurate customer records and databases
- Processing invoices, filing, and general office administration duties
- Supporting the sales and aftersales teams with administrative tasks
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
- A professional and positive attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception, administration, customer service, or motor trade experience (preferred but not essential)
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
