Role Outline:
Are you a superstar organiser with a knack for keeping things running like clockwork? We’re on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who can bring energy, efficiency, and a proactive attitude to this high-profile role.
You’ll be the CEO’s right-hand person, making sure they’re always one step ahead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll also be the go-to support for our wider C-Suite team, helping to keep the leadership wheels turning smoothly.
With top-notch attention to detail, discretion, and killer communication skills, you’ll be the glue that keeps things together at the top.
Key Responsibilities:
In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the ultimate gatekeeper, calendar master, and go-to problem solver, ensuring the CEO’s days are seamless and productive. From managing a packed calendar and coordinating travel to preparing briefing materials and handling confidential information, you’ll be the trusted right hand that keeps the CEO on top of their game. There will be occasions when you will liaise and support the Personal Assistant.
You will also support the wider Senior Leadership Team, helping to organise meetings, workshops, and key events while keeping everyone aligned and on track. You’ll build strong relationships with internal teams, board members, and external partners, representing the CEO’s office with professionalism and a can-do attitude.

What we are looking for:
- A superstar Executive Assistant with a knack for keeping senior execs (CEO-level preferred) on track.
- Your standout strengths include staying organised, mastering time management, and effortlessly juggling multiple priorities.
- An exceptional communicator – both written and verbal
- Discreet, professional, and brimming with emotional intelligence
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and a master of the details Calm under pressure and ready to adapt
- With a proactive “can-do” attitude and a collaborative spirit, you’ll thrive in a role where no two days are the same.

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours
Location:
Hybrid, working from our offices in Liverpool Street, London 3 days a week
