Temporary PA to Headteacher – Local Schools

Are you a highly organised and discreet professional with a passion for supporting leadership in education? We’re recruiting Temporary Personal Assistants (PAs) to work directly with Headteachers in schools across Ashford, Staines, and Sunbury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Headteacher
• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Liaise with staff, parents, governors, and external stakeholders
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding standards

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a PA or senior administrator (school experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and school systems (SIMS experience is a plus)
• Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
