CONSENTS ADMINISTRATOR (12 month FTC)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We need a Consents Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Lease Compliance team, ensuring the effective management of legal consents across the Rendall & Rittner portfolio.
You’ll work closely with the Lease Compliance Manager and property management teams to handle sublet consents, subletting registrations and the documents and payments that sit behind them.
This is a role for someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing a varied workload while building strong working relationships across the business.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This role sits at the centre of the consents process, which means accuracy, consistency and clear communication matter every day.
You’ll be expected to manage requests, correspondence and payments efficiently, keep processes running smoothly and support the wider property management teams when needed.
You’ll take personal responsibility for the quality of your work and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Lease Compliance team.
