Care support workers role for agency and domiciliary care:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with daily living activities

Nurse role:

· Administering medications and monitoring residents’ health conditions

· Developing and updating individualised care plans

· Working in line with NMC professional code of conduct and with local policies and procedures
