Care Assistant – Night Shift **PLEASE READ QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT** job at Solihull Full Time NEW

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Adult & Social Health Care or equivalent required. NVQ Level 3 & Medication trained preferred.

Duties
Provide personal care and support to residents.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help residents with mobility and transfers

Support residents with continence management and give practical support where necessary.

Provide ongoing visual observations of residents during working night shift.

Experience

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
– Ability to follow care plans and instructions from senior staff.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
