Support Worker – Ayrshire (Multiple Locations)
Full-time | Temporary (with option to go permanent)
Do you enjoy making a real difference in someone’s day?
Are you an experienced support worker available for work in Ayrshire?
You will be supporting individuals to live as independently as possible, helping with daily routines, activities and time out in the community, while building positive and respectful relationships.
This role is full-time and will begin as a temporary placement through Trust-Care. If you really enjoy the role and it feels like the right fit, you will be able to move into a permanent position.
About you:
- You are a driver
- You have previous experience working in a similar support role
- You have experience supporting people with complex needs
- You are caring, reliable and patient
- You are comfortable working as part of a team
