Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team at On Duty Security Ltd.
This is a high-energy, hands-on role suited to someone who can generate new business, build strong client relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
- Identify and qualify high-value leads
- Conduct site visits and door-to-door sales where required
- Build relationships with decision-makers in construction, property, and facilities management sectors
- Promote services including security, cleaning, and site support
- Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through to closing deals
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales (essential)
- Experience in Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning, or similar industries
- Confident in cold outreach and face-to-face selling
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to work independently and generate your own opportunities
