We are a multi-disciplined, chartered construction company delivering high-quality works across the residential sector. Our services include full property renovations, gas and heating systems, electrical installations, renewable energy solutions, including air source heat pumps and solar PV/battery storage, and general maintenance.

Following the award of a couple of major contracts, we are looking for experienced Labourers to join our team on a self-employed basis to support a large-scale programme of works within void properties.

The Role
You will be working as part of a team delivering full refurbishment and major works to void residential properties. The role requires a reliable, skilled, and adaptable operative who can carry out a range of tasks to a high standard.

All works will be based across the Flintshire and Wirral areas.

Key Responsibilities
Typical works will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting skilled tradespeople (e.g. plumbers, electricians, carpenters) on refurbishment projects
• General site preparation, including clearing void properties ready for works
• Removing old fixtures, fittings, and materials (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, flooring)
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times (site housekeeping)
• Disposing of waste materials in line with site and environmental regulations
• Basic demolition and strip-out tasks as directed
• Supporting installation works (e.g. holding materials, mixing, measuring)
• Reporting any issues, hazards, or damage to the site supervisor
• Following all health & safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE
• Securing properties at the end of each shift where required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a labourer working on residential construction sites
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Valid CSCS card preferred
