We’re transforming how BP works — becoming more agile, more connected, and more focused on the people who power our business. As a Transformation Consultant, you’ll help us shape that shift. You’ll work closely with teams and leaders to strengthen our culture, improve how we operate, and guide the organisation through meaningful change. We’re looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with empathy, influence with clarity, and strategy with action.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a hands-on role in helping us evolve how we work, including:
Coaching teams and leaders as we embed agile practices and build confidence in new ways of working.
Diagnosing challenges and opportunities through data-driven analysis, turning insights into practical recommendations.
Designing and supporting culture and behaviour change, helping people feel engaged, informed, and ready to adapt.
Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions that bring clarity, spark ideas, and accelerate decisions.
Communicating change clearly, creating messages that help stakeholders understand what’s happening and why it matters.
Guiding teams through transitions, reducing resistance and supporting people with fairness and empathy.
Using Excel to analyse trends and track progress, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence.
Contributing to organisational development, from process improvements to capability building and structural alignment.
Connecting the dots across the organisation, anticipating impacts and ensuring changes land sustainably.
Shaping strategy with us, offering insights that support BP’s long-term goals and customer-centric mindset.
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who can blend people skills, analytical thinking, and practical experience:
Experience applying agile practices in large organisations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
Confident communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in culture and behaviour change, employee engagement, or similar transformation work.
Skilled facilitator who can guide groups toward alignment and action.
Experience navigating complex organisational change and supporting workforce concerns.
Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
Understanding of organisational development principles.
Familiarity with how multinational organisations operate.
A customer-centric mindset and a drive to deliver value.
