Sales Rep job at London Full Time NEW

Reset Sauna is a wellbeing space in Islington offering private sauna sessions, corporate memberships and bespoke team events. We run packaged corporate offers (Reset Flex credit packs, Reset Habit monthly subscriptions) and bespoke experiences (re:connect from £1,600; re:charge from £2,400; re:define from £3,900).

Proactively approach local businesses across Islington and the surrounding area to sell corporate memberships, credit packs, session packages and bespoke team events. Build relationships with office managers, HR and wellbeing leads; close sales and coordinate bookings with our team.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold-approach and follow up with businesses, coworking spaces and corporate contacts.
• Present and sell corporate membership options, credit packs and bespoke event packages.
• Explain pricing and package benefits (examples include credit packs: 100 credits £3,500 / 250 credits £8,750 / 500 credits £17,500; monthly subscriptions and smaller credit bundles — see price sheet).
• Book and coordinate event enquiries with Reset operations.
• Keep accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales reports.
• Meet agreed outreach and conversion targets.
• Attend one afternoon onboarding sales training.
• 20% commission on the first three months of any membership sold.
• 20% commission on all other sales: credit packs, packages, sessions, events, add-ons, bespoke experiences, etc.
• Commission calculated from the sale price shown on our pricing sheets; paid on confirmed, paid bookings (contract will detail payment timing).
• Uncapped earnings.
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate wellness, events, hospitality or memberships.
• Confident face-to-face pitching and cold outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
• Based in or able to travel regularly to Islington.
• Competitive, uncapped commission (20% on listed prices).
