We’re now looking for a Junior Sales Assistant who’s hungry to learn, eager to make an impact, and ready to help us grow. You’ll be joining a founder-led, fast-paced fintech on a mission to disrupt an industry ripe for change.

Role Overview

You’ll work directly with our Head of Sales & Founder to support day-to-day sales activity. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with a spark for sales and a natural ability to connect with people. You’ll help us generate leads, qualify prospects, manage inbound enquiries, and make sure opportunities move smoothly through the pipeline.

You’ll also get hands-on exposure to the payments industry — understanding how businesses really get paid, the challenges they face, and how we solve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound & outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and update the CRM to keep pipeline data clean and accurate.
• Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and follow-up communications.
• Research potential customers and industry segments to identify opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to spot new opportunities.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities (occasional travel).

• Organised and detail-oriented — you follow up when you say you will.
• Self-starter with a willingness to pick up the phone and get stuck in.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM & sales tools (we’ll train you).
• A real interest in fintech, payments, or helping businesses grow.
• Resilient and coachable — you want feedback and you act on it.
