Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales strategies and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and developing innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal applicant will possess excellent analysis skills and be proficient in Salesforce to optimise sales performance and customer engagement.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organisational targets
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance evaluations
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners within the B2B sector
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and generate reports for senior management
• Coordinate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with product offerings
• Organise training programmes for staff to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise results
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management within a sales or marketing environment
• Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Demonstrable leadership qualities with experience in managing teams effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
