As an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in managing and growing our brand partnerships, driving affiliate performance, and turning creator collaborations into scalable revenue. You’ll act as the bridge between brands, creators, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and delivers results.

What you’ll do
- Manage and optimise affiliate operations for brand clients, including creator recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands, supporting onboarding and ongoing TikTok Shop Affiliate management
- Support broader brand strategy, ensuring affiliate performance aligns with overall campaign goals
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach and relationship building
- Onboard new clients and set them up for long term success on TikTok Shop
- Educate brands and creators on affiliate structures, growth strategies, and best practices for attracting and retaining top performers
- Collaborate with internal teams (creator managers, coaches, Head of Business) to deliver strong campaign results
- Monitor campaign and affiliate performance, analyse data, and troubleshoot issues quickly
- Maintain regular communication with clients via email, Slack, and WhatsApp where appropriate
- Prepare reports, case studies, and performance summaries to inform strategy and decision making
- Support campaign execution, creator collaborations, and promotional initiatives
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
What you bring

- Experience working with brands, creators, agencies, or ecommerce teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and growth
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Passion for TikTok, creators, and fast paced startup environments
- Outreach or sales experience is a strong bonus

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
