Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Personal Care Assistant for a permanent, alternate weekend position in the EN11 area. This role involves providing personal care and light domestic support to a full-time professional with cerebral palsy.

Key Details

• Hours: Minimum 8 per weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

• Schedule: Morning call 08:30–10:30, Evening call 16:30–18:30 (example weekends: 13/14 June, 27/28 June, 11/12 July, continuing in this pattern)

• Rate: £18 per hour

• Payment: Payroll company, paid every 4 weeks (no cash payments)

• Location: EN11

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and light domestic duties with professionalism and respect

• Maintain a positive, dependable presence

Requirements

• Reliability is essential; experience is not required—full training provided

• Commitment to consistent attendance and high-quality care
