Nurse Tele-Interviewer / Registered Nurse

Established for over 20 years MorganAsh offer specialist services to the Financial Services industry across the UK & Ireland.
MorganAsh works with leading names in Financial Services to carry out health and lifestyle interviews with clients taking out insurance policies. Our highly skilled and specially trained nurses carry out the interviews over the phone from home to obtain accurate information to enable an underwriting decision to be made.
About the Role
As a Nurse Tele‑Claims Interviewer, you will:
- Gather and accurately record health and lifestyle information for individuals applying for various insurance protection products in a timely manner.
- Use your clinical experience and communication skills to sensitively probe and obtain relevant details about clients’ medical history.
- Apply strong interpersonal skills and empathy to ensure a positive experience for each client.
Comprehensive training will be provided to introduce you to the Insurance Industry and ensure you are fully competent in our systems.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are an NMC Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Have excellent communication and assessment skills on the telephone
- Are adaptable and able to tailor your approach to meet individual client needs.
- Are confident using IT systems, including email and data entry
- Have access to a Windows 11 (not Apple) and reliable internet connection, (preferably not reliant Wi-Fi dependent)
- Have previous telephone-based nursing experience (beneficial but not essential)
This is a role where your nursing expertise makes a real difference without the physical demands of traditional clinical settings.

Working arrangements
- A commitment of a minimum of 12 to 15 hours per week is required.
- Office hours are between 09.00 and 21.00, including one or two evenings per week
- This is a home-based role; initial onsite training may be required at our Daresbury (WA7) office.
