Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking member to join our fast-paced open kitchen. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure food safety standards are maintained, and contribute to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Smashing burgers on live fire, frying chips or corn, and plating dishes
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Restock supplies when needed
- Support with general kitchen duties such as washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and waste disposal
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
