Front of House Team Leader – YouMeSushi (Muswell Hill)
Founded in 2008, YouMeSushi has been winning the hearts of Londoners with our fresh, modern take on Japanese cuisine. With ongoing expansion and exciting new locations, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Front of House Team Leader/Assistant Manager to join our brand-new Muswell Hill branch.
Role Overview:
As Front of House Team Leader/Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key part in the daily operations of the store — leading the front-of-house team, supporting service, managing orders, and ensuring excellent customer experience. You’ll be hands-on, organised, and ready to create a positive atmosphere for both the team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts
- Organise daily tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare and package orders accurately for takeaway and delivery
- Ensure smooth and efficient service, even during peak times
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times

- A positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
- Confidence in leading a team and working under pressure
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including late evenings and weekends
- A team player who can also work independently
