Duties

• Washing, directed by the kitchen team
• Cleaning pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to high standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas to comply with hygiene regulations
• clearing and cleaning tables
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Supporting the organisation of stock and ensuring supplies are stored correctly
• Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times within the kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for motivated individuals
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene standards is desirable
• Experience in serving or hospitality roles can be beneficial
