We do modern Mexican street food properly, in a place that’s loud, friendly and fast — with a late-night bar tucked away once the kitchen winds down. This summer we open our first UK site in central London. We’re putting the team together now — and we want energy, hands-on attitude and people who genuinely love hospitality. The role A kitchen runs on its KP. You’ll keep the wash up moving, the kitchen and floors clean, the bins emptied and the chefs supplied with what they need to keep cooking. We see this role as essential — and you’ll be paid, trained and treated that way.

Full time – Mon–Sun rota, 30–45 hours per week, across lunch, dinner and weekend service

Part time – Mon–Sun rota, up to 20 hours per week, mix of evenings and weekends

What you’ll do

• Run the pot wash and dish wash through service
• Keep the kitchen, walk-ins and prep areas spotlessly clean
• Empty bins, manage waste and recycling per our SOP
• Restock dry goods and supplies as the line needs them
• Help with end-of-night deep cleans on a fair rota
• Look after our equipment — report anything broken or dodgy on the spot

• No experience required. We’ll train you on every cleaning chemical, every machine, every safe-lifting technique. We’ll pay for your Level 1 Food Safety in your first month.

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45.0 per week
