Duties

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly
• Support bar operations, including serving drinks and managing stock levels
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service throughout shifts

Experience

• Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards essential
• Experience working in a restaurant environment is advantageous
• Barista experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£14.87 per hour
