Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction management practices. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive construction strategies aligned with project objectives and client requirements.
• Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Utilise Primavera P6 for detailed project scheduling, tracking progress against milestones, and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Apply Civil 3D expertise for site design review, grading plans, and infrastructure layouts.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality standards, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates on project status.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues that may impact project delivery or safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field at a senior level.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource management.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D for civil engineering design review and site planning.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing large teams across multiple projects.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution phases.
