We are able to supply staff to support services operating on a 24-hour basis, including day, evening, night, and waking night shifts.

Working Pattern
This role operates under a flexible, field-based working model:
Staff start and finish their day from home
Work is carried out within the community, supported living, residential, or outreach settings
Visits and support sessions take place on-site with clients
Records and communication are completed digitally
Where appropriate, some tasks may be completed remotely
Occasional office-based days (1–2 per month) may be required

Driving & Travel Requirements
A driving licence is not essential.
However:
Non-drivers may be allocated more localised work
Some roles require travel between services
Additional support may be used for urgent coverage

Experience in care/support (preferred but not essential)

We also welcome individuals new to the sector.
A short, optional development placement may be available to support candidates in gaining experience before progressing into paid roles.
All development placements will be structured, optional, and compliant with UK employment guidelines.
