Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar/Waiting Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service to all guests
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organisation at all times
• Upsell menu items and specials to maximise sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction
• Prepare tables and assist with food presentation as needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring correct billing procedures
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including bar and dining spaces
• Assist in food preparation or kitchen duties when required, supporting overall restaurant operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Familiarity with serving procedures, guest service excellence, and upselling techniques will be beneficial
• Strong organisational skills with effective time management to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Ability to work well within a team, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
• Experience with kitchen or culinary tasks is a plus but not mandatory
