Full job description
This role is a part time weekend role and requires you too be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To work in a table service cocktail brunch venue.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately
– Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
– Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
– Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
– Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and cocktails
– Handle cash transactions and process payments
Skills:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent time management skills
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: Culinary experience is not required for this position, as it primarily involves front-of-house duties. However, knowledge of basic food preparation techniques can be beneficial in providing accurate information to guests about menu items.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London E11 2AE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
