The Role
The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality administrative support to a team of lawyers.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It also involves taking a proactive approach to supporting the team, anticipating needs, managing priorities effectively, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client service.
What will you do?
Assist with the opening, management and closing of client files, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
Process invoices, monitor outstanding client balances and support credit control activities where required.
Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the efficient day‑to‑day running of the department.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support diary management, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability and organising meeting logistics.
Proactively liaise with clients, responding promptly to enquiries and using initiative to deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage.
Arrange travel, accommodation and training bookings for team members as required.
Manage and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic filing systems in line with firm procedures.

Hours – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with part time hours across 5 days to be considered.
