Technical Administrator (Building Regulations/Building Control) job at Remote Full Time

We seek an experienced Technical Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our growing Building Safety Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative and clerical support using relevant systems and software packages.
• Preparation of Gateway submissions for approval compliance.
• Setting up new projects, facilitating fee submissions, preparation of bids and tenders, formatting quality assurance documents, and preparation of drawing schedules.
• Advocate Safer Sphere’s terms and conditions, policies and quality assurance system across both Building Safety and CDM.
• Coordinate site inspections
• Communicate and provide up-to-date information as appropriate, both internally and externally to assist the Consultants with their workload.
• Undertake routine filing of correspondence and documents.
• Provide efficient and effective technical support to Consultants, troubleshooting any issues.
• Manage, organise and update current project files maintaining a high level of administration.
• Maintain documents and files for auditing purposes.
• Provide additional organisational and administrative support to Consultants and Directors as required.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service quality.
• Undertaking other administrative tasks that may be required to support the business from time to time

Competencies and Personal Attributes:

• Experience working in a Technical Support role in an office environment is essential.
• Knowledge and / or experience within Building Control or Building Regulations is highly advantageous.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong IT Skills.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
