WE’RE HIRING: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Brighton | Full-time | Competitive Salary
ABOUT JOINT LIVING
Joint Living isn’t your standard lettings agency. We’re an ethical, student-focused property company managing over 90 HMOs across Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Newcastle, and Oxford. As part of RB Group, we own and manage our entire portfolio, which means we’re fully invested in delivering great homes and great service — without the usual agency hassle.
Our model is different: all-inclusive rents, individual tenancies, and high-quality houses that students (and their parents!) can trust. That’s why we’re the top recommended provider for many universities around the country.
With a growing portfolio and a passionate team, we’re now looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join us in our Brighton office. This is an ideal role for someone at the start of their career who’s eager to build strong operational skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting the wider team, you’ll ensure our systems, records, and processes are accurate, organised, and up to date.
We’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and highly organised — someone who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping things on track. You’ll be just as effective during busy periods as you are during quieter times, using that space to improve processes, maintain data accuracy, and support wider team initiatives.
This role is varied and hands-on. You’ll be managing administrative workflows, supporting tenancy processes, handling enquiries, and ensuring that both students and internal teams receive clear, timely information. Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to prioritise effectively are key.
