About the Role
Nevin House is looking to recruit reliable, caring, and motivated Male Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge within our residential care service.
The role includes supporting individuals within their home environment with daily living tasks, activities, behaviour support, personal care, and community access while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and person-centred care.
This role requires patience, professionalism, resilience, and flexibility to meet the needs of the service.

Pay: £12.80-£12.90 per hour
