Job Summary

Tim K Construction Ltd are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support the continued growth and development of our drylining and construction business.

This role will focus on developing and strengthening the company’s brand, improving our online presence, showcasing completed projects, and supporting business growth through digital marketing and promotional activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to assist with the development of company branding, marketing strategies, promotional materials, social media content, and company communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual looking to work within a growing construction business and help shape the future identity of the company.

This role is offered on a freelance/self-employed basis with hybrid working arrangements available. Employed if necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company’s marketing and branding strategies
• Assist with the redevelopment and maintenance of company branding, logos, templates, and promotional materials
• Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Maintain and update the company website with new projects, service information, and company updates
• Create engaging content, including project highlights, progress updates, before-and-after visuals, and client testimonials
• Coordinate photography and video content across construction projects and company activities
• Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, company documents, and promotional campaigns
• Assist with Google Ads, online promotions, and digital marketing campaigns
• Help maintain brand consistency across all company communications and platforms
• Coordinate branded company clothing, merchandise, and promotional items
• Work alongside operational and construction teams to gather project information and marketing content
• Monitor marketing performance and provide regular feedback on engagement, visibility, and lead generation
• Assist with improving the company’s overall online presence and visibility within the construction industry

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience within marketing, branding, or digital marketing required
• Construction industry experience is beneficial
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and branding
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Ability to create engaging visual and written content
• Experience using website management systems, Canva, Adobe, or similar design platforms beneficial
• Understanding of Google Ads and online marketing campaigns beneficial
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Photography, videography, or video editing skills beneficial
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Standard working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; however, flexibility and hybrid working arrangements are available depending on project and business requirements.

Pay: £28,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
