The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Satisfaction & Sales Coordinator to join our team in an office-based role combining customer relationship management and sales/business development.
Sales is a key part of this role. The successful candidate will be expected not only to manage and strengthen existing customer relationships, but also to actively help generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
This position is ideal for someone energetic, commercially driven, organised, and eager to take on increasing responsibilities as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with existing customers
* Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop new customer accounts and help grow company revenue
* Follow up on sales leads and maintain regular customer communication
* Assist with quotations, customer onboarding, and account management
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
* Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve operational issues
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and support company growth
* Take on increasing responsibilities as the business expands
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
* Commercial mindset with confidence speaking to customers

* Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Previous experience in logistics, sales, customer service, or operations is beneficial but not essential
* Good computer and administrative skills

Compensation
Fixed Salary:
* £36,000 per year
* Performance-based salary increase of up to 14% after 6 months
Performance Bonus Structure:
* 1% of revenue generated for 1 year from new business brought by existing customers
* 1.5% of revenue generated for 1.5 years from new business brought by new customers
