Duties

• Present and demonstrate security system products and services to prospective clients in a clear and engaging manner
• Identify customer needs through effective consultation and provide customised security solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Manage sales pipelines using organisational tools such as Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and organisational charts
• Follow up with leads via phone or email, maintaining accurate records of interactions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems post-sale
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in security technology, including AWS, Azure, and other cloud-based platforms
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Skills

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information simply and effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is important
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good IT literacy with an understanding of IT infrastructure relevant to security systems
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Organised approach to work with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: £24,420.00-£120,000.00 per year
