Position Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Manchester team as a sales representative. This is a paid, performance-based role within a direct sales and marketing company, offering a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a vibrant, fast-moving environment. The role is fully focused on face-to-face marketing, where you’ll engage directly with customers on behalf of leading brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be interacting with customers face-to-face, confidently representing brands and helping to drive customer engagement and sales. You’ll also use IT systems to record data, monitor performance, and support day-to-day operations. Other tasks include helping to organise meetings, preparing materials, and keeping accurate records of your work.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can present information clearly and professionally. You should be well-organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively. Being comfortable working independently is important, but you should also enjoy working as part of a team. Basic IT knowledge, such as using Microsoft Office, is expected. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or admin can be helpful, but it’s not essential—we value attitude and willingness to learn.
