Role: Senior Healthcare Assistant (Band 3)
Location: University Hospitals Plymouth (on-site)
Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale – Band 3 (aligned with AFC) £25,760 – £27,476 per annum + enhancements, and a whole list of Marie Curie employee benefits
Contract: Full-Time and Part-Time available
This role will require you to be kind, caring and empathetic as you will work with the person and those closest to them to ensure the voice, needs and views of the person being cared for are heard in a meaningful way, recognising and protecting vulnerable adults and children.
As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, your duties will include monitoring and assisting in maintain patients’ skin integrity and personal hygiene, conducting nutrition assessments, attending to comfort needs to assist with rest/sleep, provide support with mobility, monitor vitals and overall promote and maintain a clean and tidy care environment.
