We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Trainee Diamond Driller.

Duties

• Assist with setup and the operations of various diamond drilling and sawing equipment under supervision.
• Support the mobilisation and demobilisation at various sites
• Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all operation
• Support our experienced drillers with technical tasks as required, gaining practical knowledge of systems and drilling techniques

Experience

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided to develop specialised skills
• A valid clean UK driving licence is required.
• Basic site knowledge or familiarity is beneficial but not mandatory
• Prior experience will be considered
• Strong willingness to learn, work safely, and adhere to company standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and undertake physically demanding tasks

This role provides a comprehensive introduction to diamond drilling operations, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop valuable technical skills achieve an NVQ in the diamond drilling and sawing industry.

Pay: £30,000.00-£47,977.92 per year
