Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Construction Worker to oversee a small refurbishment project. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in construction and renovation, demonstrating proficiency in various trades. This role requires both technical expertise and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

– Project Management:

– Plan and execute refurbishment tasks in accordance with project timelines.

– Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality work.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

– Construction Tasks:

– Perform a variety of construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall installation.

– Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures.

– Assist with flooring, tiling, and painting as needed.

– Problem Solving:

– Identify issues and propose effective solutions to ensure project continuity.

– Adapt to changing project requirements and work conditions.

– Communication:

– Maintain clear communication with team members and project stakeholders.

– Provide regular updates on project progress and any potential delays.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a construction worker or in a similar role.

– Proficiency in multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.).
