The successful candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, financial administration, and client support while working closely with senior staff members.

Job Details

• Location: Canary Wharf, London

• Pay: £19.40 – £22.80 per hour

• Full-time / Part-time available

• Monday to Friday

• Immediate start available

• Training and support provided

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bookkeeping and financial data entry

• Managing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records

• Performing bank reconciliations

• Supporting payroll and VAT preparation

• Handling general administrative duties

• Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues

• Assisting senior accountants with day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Basic accounting or finance knowledge preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel beneficial

• Ability to work independently and within a team
