Finance Administrator job at Remote Full Time NEW

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our finance operations within our Domino’s Pizza Group franchise company.

Role Overview

The Administrator and Finance Assistant provides essential support across both administrative and financial functions. This dual role ensures the smooth running of office operations for the directors across the Dominos Pizza locations while maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the finance team with day-to-day bookkeeping, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and external reporting requirements. You’ll report directly to both the Directors and our external accountants, providing them with timely and accurate financial support. This is a remote-first role, with most work carried out from home, though occasional in-person meetings may be required for team collaboration or reporting.

Administrative Duties

• Manage incoming emails, post (which will be forwarded on to be collected from our accountants) and correspondence.
• Maintain office filing systems (digital and physical) in line with GDPR.
• Order office stationary, and possibly some store supplies and manage supplier relationships.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and support diary management.
• Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining HR records.

Finance Support

• Process purchase invoices, staff expenses, and credit card reconciliations.
• Process Dominos sales reports
• Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Support payroll processing and maintain employee records (e.g. timesheets, leave).
• Help prepare VAT returns, PAYE submissions, and other HMRC filings.
• Maintain accurate records for audit trail and compliance purposes.
• Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a finance and administrative support role.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software is desirable. Experience with Xero and Hubdoc is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Desirable Attributes

• AAT Level 3 or equivalent bookkeeping qualification.
• Familiarity with HMRC systems (e.g. PAYE, VAT, employment allowance).
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
