Customer Sales Assistant
Milton Keynes | Full-Time | Permanent | On-Site
We are seeking a Customer Sales Assistant to support customer engagement, client campaigns, and sales initiatives on behalf of our clients.
This position offers the opportunity to develop valuable experience across customer relations, sales support, and campaign delivery while working within a professional and fast-paced environment. You’ll play an important role in building customer relationships, maintaining high service standards, and contributing to overall campaign performance.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is motivated by personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Supporting customer acquisition and retention initiatives
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Understanding customer requirements and delivering tailored solutions
- Assisting with the delivery of client campaigns and promotional activities
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach throughout all interactions
- Supporting team objectives and campaign performance targets
- Representing client brands to a consistently high standard
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and strong brand reputation
