Duties

• Maintain and update client information using CRM software to ensure accurate records.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, processing orders, and managing correspondence via Microsoft Outlook.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through regular communication, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Organise and prioritise daily tasks effectively to meet deadlines using strong time management skills.
• Utilise computer literacy skills to generate data reports and analyse sales trends for strategic planning.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Assist in organising promotional events or campaigns as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
• Demonstrated customer service experience with a professional approach.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with sales-related IT systems.
