Through practical training, mentorship, ethical hacking education, real-world projects, and industry exposure, we are developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals and digital protectors.

The Opportunity
This is not a traditional volunteer role.
We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Forecasting Specialist who can help design the commercial and revenue engine of S.I.S.S C.I.C from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who can think both strategically and commercially—bridging mission-driven impact with sustainable income generation.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to design how S.I.S.S C.I.C grows, generates income, and scales its impact over the next 1, 3, and 5 years.

Project Deliverables
By the end of the 16-week engagement, the volunteer will produce:
1. Sales Strategy Document
A complete strategic blueprint for how S.I.S.S C.I.C generates and scales revenue.
2. Revenue Forecast Model
1-year, 3-year, and 5-year financial projections with assumptions and growth logic.
3. Customer Journey & Sales Funnel Map
A visual and strategic breakdown of how users, clients, and partners engage with S.I.S.S.
4. KPI Dashboard Framework
A structured performance tracking system for sales, growth, and engagement.
5. Growth & Opportunity Report
Identification of key revenue streams, partnerships, and scaling opportunities.
