Overview
We are looking for a cleaning operative to work on our upcoming sites in Glasgow. This will likely be a part-time role but overtime would be available if you wish to work more than 15 hours per week.
Job would be Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday each week. No evening work, no weekend work. 8am – 4pm
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of show home areas within the sites
- Maintaining welfare facilities once per week
- Helping the cleaning squads perform builders, re-clean and final clean duties on newly build housing estate
- Removal of paint and general dust and dirt associated with new build cleaning
Skills
- An understanding of cleaning techniques required to do new-build cleaning
- Able to work on your own and at times, work with others
- Polishing up chrome taps/sinks
- To provide a good quality clean that a client would be happy to move into
- Driving experience or a valid driving licence is desirable but public transport gets you to the area also
- A CSCS card would be good, but can help if you do not have one
Job Type: Part-time
