Site Manager – High-end Residential Refurbishment job at Camden Town Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment with projects valued between £270k and £1.3m. Project locations including Camden Town, St Johns Wood, Muswell Hill. The projects typically involves the full refurbishments of private townhouses and apartments, finished to an exceptional standard.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-focused Site Manager with proven experience delivering luxury residential projects and managing high-quality workmanship on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Maintaining programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance
• Quality control and overseeing high-end finishes
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management
• Managing site logistics and reporting progress regularly

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and sequencing
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• Valid CSCS Card
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate relevant project experience
• Able to provide recent contactable work references

Desirable / Advantageous

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• CSCS Black Card
