We are currently looking for a reliable and organised part-time support assistant to help with day-to-day business operations.

Core Responsibilities 核心工作内容

• Email organisation and follow-up ｜ 邮件整理与跟进
• Excel/data entry and document management ｜ Excel 数据录入及文件整理
• Shipment tracking and logistics coordination ｜ 物流跟踪及协调
• Invoice and commercial document filing ｜ 发票及商务文件整理
• Customer and supplier follow-up support ｜ 客户及供应商跟进协助
• Calendar and meeting coordination ｜ 日程及会议安排

Additional Support (Depending on Experience) 附加支持工作（视经验而定）

• PowerPoint formatting and presentations ｜ PPT 排版及演示文档制作
• LinkedIn / social media support ｜ LinkedIn 及社交媒体协助
• Customer database organisation ｜ 客户资料整理
• Exhibition / event preparation support ｜ 展会及活动支持
• Chinese-English translation assistance ｜ 中英文翻译协助

Pay: From £15.00 per hour
