We’re looking for a new radical to join our passionate team as a Studio Workshop Host & Visitor Assistant

This is a part-time, flexible role based in Stirling, with additional hours available during the busy summer months. We’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

As a growing independent visitor attraction, we offer truly unique hands-on experiences for visitors from across the UK and around the world. Our newly renovated weaving studios are creative, welcoming spaces where people can learn traditional skills, while our brand-new exhibition explores the fascinating and often untold story of Stirling’s Radical Weavers.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, confidence, and a creative can-do attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Most importantly — you do not need any weaving experience. Full training will be provided, so if you’re excited by the idea of learning something new and helping others have a great experience, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working alongside our weaving tutor to help deliver engaging, high-quality workshop experiences
• Welcoming visitors, managing bookings, taking payments, and handling front desk duties
• Sharing local knowledge and the story of the Radical Weavers with enthusiasm and personality
• Helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for visitors and the team
• Keeping our visitor spaces clean, organised, and ready to inspire creativity
