FR Scott are Hull largest independent Ironmonger. Serving some of the biggest businesses in the area since 1945, FR Scott specialise in the supply of fixings, fasteners and architectural ironmongery into the construction, engineering, manufacturing, and modular industries.
We have over 16,000 products in stock at our 30,000 sq ft warehouse and trade counter in the heart of Hull – all available for same day / next day delivery. Alongside our traditional business our ecommerce platform goes from strength to strength with Fix & Fast enabling us to service the entire country with our ranges.
Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Delivery & Kanban Replenishment Colleague to support our warehouse and field replenishment operations.
This is a varied role combining warehouse duties, deliveries, and on-site customer stock replenishment. You will be responsible for ensuring customers’ Kanban systems, vending solutions, and fixed inventory locations are maintained to agreed stock levels through regular scheduled visits.
As a key representative of the business, you will act as the link between our warehouse, sales office, and customers, ensuring products are available where and when they are needed.

Key Accountabilities
Pick, prepare, and load customer orders from the warehouse.
Deliver products safely and professionally to customer locations.
Replenish stock within customer Kanban systems, vending solutions, and fixed inventory locations.
Maintain agreed stock levels at customer workshops, production units, and maintenance departments through scheduled visits.
Monitor inventory usage and identify replenishment requirements.
Liaise closely with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless stock availability and customer satisfaction.
Act as the face of the business while on customer premises, building positive relationships and delivering excellent service.
Ensure all replenishment activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and organisation both in the warehouse and at customer sites.
Cover picking / packing warehouse duties when required
Skills and Qualifications Required
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 Year experience in warehouse operations, stock control, deliveries, or replenishment activities
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and organised approach to work.
Strong customer service skills and a professional manner.
Ability to work independently and manage a scheduled route of customer visits.
Experience of driving light commercial vehicles with Full UK driving licence.
Basic IT skills (for stock systems and data entry)
FLT Licence desirable

Full Time
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm / 8am-5pm
