We’re on the hunt for passionate, driven leaders to join our rebellion and help us take over the universe! (Okay, maybe just the London wine scene for now, but next…THE UNIVERSE!!)
We’re looking for the legendary waiting staff out there and help them become our future Wine Advisors.
No Sommelier? No Stress! All levels of wine knowledge are welcome. If your expertise stops at “I know I like red,” that’s cool with us. We offer awesome training to turn you into a wine wizard.

We’re an award-winning, high-fiving, people-loving, training-leading, tech-embracing wine bar with a buzzing atmosphere where our teams shine brighter than a leprechauns butt cheeks.
We offer over 100 delicious wines by the glass, ready for tasting and exploring through our futuristic wine dispensers. Pair that with our seasonal sharing menu and our very own, very cool, urban winery (where we make English wines that’ll knock your nans wig off), and you’ve got the perfect place to work and play.
The Role: Wine Advisor: You’re someone who never has enough space for food in their fridge because… Wine, Yo! The Wine Advisor is a party starter, a knowledge dropper, a proactive service legend who is always on the hunt for that magic moment to make a guests visit special.
Guiding people round the wine machines, serving tables, taking pride in their venue, our Wine Advisors make the rest of the service industry look like something you don’t want to step in.

- Loves Service Like They Love Wine: Passionate about delivering totes amaze service and genuinely enjoys chatting with guests. If you can talk about wine, life and snacks in equal measure, you’re our kind of person.
- Is a People Person (and a High-Five Connoisseur): You’re all about the good vibes and human connections. Bonus points if you can high-five in a slow motion dramatic effect.
- Has Style and Trustworthiness (like a peacock in a top hat): You show up sharp, reliable, and ready to rock. Guests trust you. Team members look up to you. Birds envy you.
A little about the Role:
- The Guest Guru (A.K.A. The Face of the Place): You’re the first hello, the guiding hand, and the last smile as guests leave. Whether they need a wine recommendation or just a top-up, you’ve got them covered.
- Master of the Pour (and the Plate): Delivering drinks and food like a pro—quick, smooth, and always with a touch of flair. Bonus points for making it look effortless.
- Upsell Wizard (Because More Wine = More Fun): You know the menu inside and out, and you’re not afraid to share your wisdom. Whether it’s guiding a guest to their new favorite wine or tempting them with that irresistible cheese board, you’ve got the magic touch.
- Clean Scene Commander: A tidy table is a happy table. You’ll be clearing, resetting, and keeping the venue looking sharp so every guest walks into a space that feels as fresh as a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
- Vibe Curator (Bringing the Energy, Always): Guests having a good time? Great. The team having a good time? Even better. Whether it’s a quick joke, a killer playlist suggestion, or just being a top-tier teammate, you help keep the good vibes rolling.
- Machine Whisperer: From the wine dispensers to the coffee machine, you keep everything running smoothly, because nobody wants a service slowdown.
