The TET Evaluation & Impact Trainee will be part of the Technical Education and Training department, managed by the TET Programme Delivery Manager. This post involves working across departments within TET and wider HES, as well as external sector partners.

Key Responsibilities of this role
This is a training and development role for someone starting their career in administrative impact monitoring and reporting. It will build on basic knowledge and provide opportunities to learn.
This role is all about measuring the impact of what we do and communicating this with others, so we are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, effective written and spoken communication and is driven and self-motivated.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Supporting with monitoring and evaluation activities such as surveys and data returns.
Attending appropriate training, events and meetings to facilitate the gathering of qualitative data, information and feedback.
Data input, analysis and interpretation of data contributing to the production of reports, case studies and development of programmes for internal and external audiences.
Contributing to internal meetings and briefings by presenting monitoring, evaluation and research data and findings, in a clear and accessible manner.
Collaborating with those responsible for systems, databases and tools to meet impact evaluation requirements.
Providing cover for other colleagues at busy times and in cases of absence, by undertaking such duties and responsibilities which are appropriate to the grade and nature of the post.
