Job Title: Teaching Assistants – Grade 1
Salary: £15,305 – £17,937 per annum
Hours: 26 – 30 hours per week, Term Time only + training days
Location: Tenacres First School, Redditch

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, talented and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team working with First School age children (4-9).
The successful candidates will support the school by:
- Supporting teachers in teaching and learning
- Engaging children in learning and supporting progress
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Having high standards and expectations of all children
- A positive outlook and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to work constructively as a team
- The ability to work on own initiative
- A willingness to attend further relevant training
